Обязанности:
- Развитие сети туроператоров
- Развитие сети тур агентств
- Контроль качества отображения предлагаемых туров
- Обработка входящих и подтверждение уже забронированных заявок
- Решение сложных и нестандартных ситуаций с покупателями и поставщиками
- Создание и поддержка Social Media accounts
Менеджер по продвижению русскоязычных туров должен обладать следующими навыками:
- внимательность
- стрессоустойчивость
- готовность работать с большим объемом информации
- опыт работы с ПК
- опыт работы с Social Media
- ответственность.
Приветствуется опыт работы в туризме.

Travel Consultant
Yes We Travel is a passionate, vibrant company that specializes in leisure travel and offers vacation packages around the world including All-Inclusive Caribbean vacations and custom tailored tours. Most of our customers are bilingual English and Russian. We are looking for experienced travel agent to fill a full time position opening in our Brookline, Coolidge Corner office.
Responsibilities will include the following:
-Issue all published and private tickets, ensure that all tickets are issued accurately
-Process ticket changes through exchanges and refunds
-Manage the Amadeus airline queues communicating to the customers any flight changes
-Make travel reservations of tours or vacation packages
-Process client invoices and payment receipts
-Issue final travel documents and insure it's delivery to the client
-Provide customer support in case of travel deviations or any other issues before, during and after travel
Qualifications
-Proven leisure travel experience in travel reservations, fares and ticketing
-Good knowledge and practical use of airline contracts
-Essential skills of using the Amadeus GDS
-Good geographical awareness
-Highest attention to detail with a proactive and flexible approach
-Strong communication, organization and time management skills
-Speaking Russian is a definite plus
Compensation is based on experience and consists of base salary and commissions.
